ART500 guyed lattice
Our 500mm faced guyed lattice masts have been designed for use in both telecommunications and wind-monitoring applications. It can be used for applications for any heights up to 100m.Before using the below budget pricing please be aware that the wind region's and terrain category's across Australia vary greatly which can effect the suitability of these products for use.
The design of our mast are such that in most cases they can be easily extended in height at any time after the original installation, meaning that if extra height is required for say an existing 40m mast it can be extended up to a total of 100m without needing to replace or modify the existing structure.
Suggested budget pricing for supply and installation of this product in wind region A is $1000 per m but can vary from between $900.00 to $1100.00 per m depending on site location and mast requirements. Supply and installation of this mast section includes the following;
- design & manufacturing
- complete installation
- footings
- delivery
- fall arrest system
- minor equipment installation
Due to our ART designed anchor & installation system, installation times for masts up to 100m are generally around 4 days inclusive of footing installation. The following issues can greatly effect installation time frames and costs and need to be considered;
- vehicle access for delivery and construction equipment
- proximity to established townships for services such as earth moving equipment and accommodation
- fall and aspect of the land from the proposed mast base (ie the anchors have a radius of aprox 60m from the base and ground fall must be considered)
- ground type (ie rock, marsh land etc etc)
