Our aim from the outset has been to design products that are not only user friendly to install but that are also exceptional in quality.
The welding code that all masts and towers in Australia need to be manufactured to is called 1554, this is a standard that determines the type, quality and products that can be used in the manufacturing process, we have exceeded this standard in every aspect.

We continually put time and money into product development and improvement and strive to produce what we believe are the best products on the market.

For example did you know that;

• The minimum length of any one weld must be a continues weld of 50mm and have a weld width of 6mm to meet the 1554 standard.

• In 1998 the engineering standard for calculating loads and forces on a lattice mast where changed, this change has drastically changed the suitability of most of the early mast designs on the market, everyone of our products has been designed to this new standard.

• That some suppliers use cheap Chinese steel that often has a high carbon content. While this steel comes with an Australian Standards approval its high carbon content makes its strength very unpredictable, something that is not a good mix with mast and tower construction.
  

• That all of our products come with a manufacturing certificate for every component we make and lists everything from the date of manufacture, batch code of steel and the gas used to weld it down to the name of the welder that welded each and every weld on the section.

• That every welder that gets approved to carry out work on our products must passed a very stringent welding test in which they only get one chance to pass.

• That 10% of all of our product is inspected and tested by an independent welding inspection company and is issued with an inspection certificate  

• That all of our installation work is carried out by direct employees of ART and not external sub contractors.

• That our organization has installed over 4000 masts all over Australia

• That in early our days (from 1975 on) as labour only contractors we installed masts and towers from every supplier in Australia before moving into manufacturing ourselves.
