     The mast and tower designs we supply combine not only all our years of experience but also the experience and latest technology from our engineers. We have designed our masts to be manual installation friendly so that difficult sites access is not an issue.

     An other interesting feature is that our masts have made so even a 20m mast can be extended to 80m at any time in the future by simply adding more sections without additional engineering being required.

Engineering and Manufacturing

     We use an independent quality assured Engineering firm that uses the latest and most up to date software for our mast designing. They work very closely with and have supervised every part manufacturing procedure we now have in place.

     The Quality Control program we have implemented means that each and every mast section we produce is independently inspected, has a serial number that is recorded and logged with the inspectors name, the welders name and manufacture date, the steel batch number and the steel supplier. Our aim is to provide the highest quality mast possible. 

     Bracketry and Mast components

     Our bracketry has also been specially designed by us specifically for our masts, which means equipment installation for anything from a microwave dish to a wind monitor is strong, simple and efficient.

     Footings and Ground Anchors

     A significant part of our working history comes from working in the Northern Territory for over 18 years on some of the remotest and difficult to access towers sites in Australia, which lead to the development of many of our anchor systems. We can provide an engineer certified anchor system for any ground type or location from sand plains, to rocky mountains to roof tops.

   

     Due to the importance of the footing and anchorage system we personally carry out our own ground works for our installations to ensure the structural integrity of all our projects.
